Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club 2010- 2011

RJC Constructions was hired to complete  a major rebuild of the existing clubrooms, a new extension to the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Clubs function & reception area, as well as a complete refit to the bar and dining rooms. One of the challenges faced was that they needed to continue operating as normal through the construction. The other challenging component faced was that the building is actually cantilevered off the cliff face with only the boating wharf below, making access difficult which led to innovative construction techniques to achieve their end result. Challenges aside the pictures of on this project speak for themselves.
